Important Notice about Housing

In addition to the list of hotels and hostels (click here for list), PTW ’08 has offered the option for participants to stay in homes of New Yorkers. In order to be eligible for our housing pool, you must do the following:

1) Complete the PTW ’08 registration form and email with your payment to Melissa Meyer at mmeyer@eastsideinstitute.org, or fax to 212.941.0511.

2) Complete the housing request form and send it to Gail Elberg at gelberg@eastsideinstitute.org.

3) If you are requesting housing for people under 18 years of age, describe your chaperone arrangements on your housing request form.

Our housing hosts are ready to accommodate out-of-towners so that they can attend PTW ’08. Please do not request additional days.

We are “matching” participants who request housing to homes of New Yorkers on a first come-first served basis. The housing committee will not process your form until it is confirmed that you are registered.
